Return/Replacement Policy

We consistently work towards the protection of our customer's interest.

 

You can process your Return & Replacement of order from your Login, Use the following steps: Sign In -> My Orders -> Return & Replacement -> Select “Reason for Replacement” & click on “OK”

· You can place a Return & Replacement request within 02 days of order delivery. However, in case of Wrong Size/Color/Style/Defective/Not as per Description Product,

· Return request will be reviewed by Yeola Paithani Kendra.

· You need to dispatch the product via Courier at Yeola Paithani Kendra with full Address and Intimate Return Courier Tracking Number to Yeola Paithani Kendra. The courier charges will be reimbursed by us.

· Keep the Courier Companies Receipt for Tracking Purpose

· After the product is received, it is verified against your claim and accordingly, Replacement is initiated, replacement of products within 02 working days once we received at our end. Please note that Replacement would depend upon the stock availability.

Returns/ Replacement requests will not accepted under following cases

 

If Products are used/altered/ tampered

If Product is Returned without Original (Price Tags, Labels)
